~ Centered Within ~

It is important to know that we always have a choice in every happening, whether we are going to curse the darkness or bring the light; whether we engage in fretting or letting; whether we will experience tension, stress, or strain in the face of things, or keep centered in the Spirit within us.

When you are centered within, you walk easily through things, for You are in charge--not the clock or the calendar, not the economy or world conditions, not the fear of the future or worry over the past. In the world there may be pressures, but you can cope. Remember, Tension, stress, and strain come not from things that happen, but from our way of dealing with them.

~ Choice ~

At times it may appear that I have no choice in a matter or that my choices are limited by circumstances. Yet no matter what a decision is about, I always have a choice. I choose how I will approach a situation and how I will respond to the outcome.

I am a spiritual being who is capable of making wise choices in every matter. I open myself to being guided to the best choices. I remain alert to divine guidance so that I recognize and say yes to those choices. I then move forward in applying them in my life.

The perfect choice might be apparent to me in an instant, or the best answer may only become clear to me through deliberation and conversation with others. I can be certain, however, that God is guiding me in making every decision the right choice.

~ Let Go ~

Let go of the ways you thought life would unfold; the holding of plans or dreams or expectations – Let it all go.

Save your strength to swim with the tide. The choice to fight what is here before you now will only result in struggle, fear, and desperate attempts to flee from the very energy you long for.

Let go. Let it all go and flow with the grace that washes through your days whether you receive it gently or with all your quills raised to defend against invaders. Take this on faith: the mind may never find the explanations that it seeks, but you will move forward nonetheless.

Let go, and the wave’s crest will carry you to unknown shores, beyond your wildest dreams or destinations.

Let it all go and find the place of rest and peace, and certain transformation.
