• Regular classes are 1-1/4 hours long.
• Class size is limited.
• Classes are offered in sessions which are usually seven or eight weeks long.
• If a student cannot attend a class, a makeup class can be taken provided
there is space available in another class during that session.
• Students may join during a session at a pro-rated fee.

New Students enroll in Level I. This class focuses on creating breath awareness. The positions gently stretch your body. Basic asanas are covered. Balance and coordination are introduced. This class is great for stress reduction.
This class is for students that have completed level I, or have had previous Yoga experience. Additional asanas are covered. The positions focus on increasing flexibility and strength with breath awareness.
