Unity Yoga, LLC, created and taught by Cynthia Mathis,
offers you a challenging style of Hatha Yoga with sensitivity
to your individual needs. We believe that an individualized approach to yoga is both safe and healthy, leading to self-awareness.
This approach takes into account the many wonderful differences between people. Classes are small – allowing asanas
to be modified for these individual differences. |
